Terms of Service

01. Agreement

By creating an account or placing a credits order you accept these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

02. Accounts

An account is created as part of the checkout. You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential and use a password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

We do not offer trials, demo accounts or free tiers. Access to the studio starts once a credits order has been paid.

03. Credits

Credits are the only currency on the platform. One credit costs 0.10 euro, and prices in other currencies are converted at the applicable exchange rate shown at checkout. The minimum order is 50 credits.

Each service consumes a published number of credits. The cost is always shown before a render begins, and credits are not consumed by a render that fails on our side.

Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

04. Payment

Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Once your order is placed, our banking details are emailed to you. Your order stays in an awaiting payment state, and credits are released to your account when the transfer clears.

Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not yet selectable at checkout.

05. Your artwork

You keep all rights in the artwork you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to generate mockups and operate your account. You confirm you hold the rights required for every file you upload.

06. Generated mockups

Every export includes a commercial licence covering e-commerce, campaigns, social media and print. You may not resell the mockups as a stand-alone mockup product or template library.

07. Acceptable use

Use of the studio is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account.

08. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are announced in advance whenever possible.

09. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

10. Termination and governing law

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of Ciudad de México, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
