Refund Policy

01. Before payment

An order that is still awaiting a bank transfer can be cancelled at no cost. Email [email protected] with your order reference and we will close it. Nothing is charged, because nothing has been paid.

02. Unused credits

If your credits balance is completely unused, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment clearing. We return the amount to the bank account the transfer came from, normally within 10 business days.

03. Partly used credits

Once credits have been spent on renders, the used portion is non-refundable because the compute has been consumed. The remaining unused balance can still be refunded within 14 days of payment, calculated at 0.10 euro per credit and converted at the rate used at checkout.

04. Failed renders

If a render fails because of a fault on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact support with the render reference and we will restore them manually.

Aesthetic dissatisfaction with a technically correct render is not a fault. We will gladly re-run it with adjusted settings, but we do not refund credits for taste.

05. Promo codes

Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid after any discount. A promo code that has been used on a refunded order is not reissued.

06. Currency

Orders are priced in euro and converted for display. Refunds are issued in the currency of your original payment. Exchange rate differences and bank fees between the two transfers are not covered by us.

07. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your order reference and the reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and complete accepted refunds within ten business days.

08. Abuse

Accounts that repeatedly order, consume and request refunds may be excluded from this policy and from future orders.
