Acceptable Use Policy

01. Intellectual property

Only upload artwork you own or are licensed to use. Do not upload third-party logos, trademarks or copyrighted designs to produce mockups that imply an endorsement or affiliation you do not have.

02. Prohibited content

Do not generate content that is sexual in nature involving minors, that incites violence or hatred against a protected group, that promotes terrorism, that depicts real people in a defamatory or deceptive way, or that is unlawful in the country where it will be published.

Do not use the studio to create counterfeit goods, forged documents, or packaging that imitates another brand with the intent to deceive buyers.

03. Regulated goods

Mockups for weapons, controlled substances, prescription medicines and other regulated categories require that you comply with the law in your market. We may decline to render these categories.

04. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, share one account across an organisation to avoid ordering credits, scrape the studio, reverse engineer our models, or run automated load beyond the documented API limits.

05. Reporting

If you believe content generated on Conektame infringes your rights or breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the details. We review every report and answer within five business days.

06. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account or close it. For serious or repeated breaches we close the account without refund of the used balance, and we report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
