What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over your artwork and account data.

Conektame operates an AI mockup generation studio. In this policy, "we" and "Conektame" refer to Grupo Conektame, S.A. de C.V., Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 161, Granada, 11520 Ciudad de México, Mexico. We act as the data controller for account data and as a processor for the artwork you upload.

Account data: first name, last name, email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
Order data: the number of credits ordered, the selected plan, the currency, the payment method, any promo code used and the resulting total.
Content data: the artwork files you upload and the mockups generated from them.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected to keep the service secure and to measure performance.
To create and maintain your account, to process credit orders and to release credits once a payment clears.
To generate mockups from your artwork, which requires processing your files on our rendering infrastructure.
To send transactional messages such as bank transfer instructions, payment confirmations and important service notices.
To detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
We process account, order and content data to perform our contract with you. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable service. We keep invoices and payment records to comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
Bank transfer orders are settled through our bank. We receive the transfer reference, the payer name and the amount, and we match them to your order. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Uploaded artwork and generated mockups are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by accounting law.
We share data only with the providers that make the service work: cloud hosting, rendering infrastructure, email delivery and our bank. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We never sell personal data.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the small number of staff who need it, and is logged. If a breach affects your data, we notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, notify you by email before it takes effect.
